Principal's Message

From The Desk of Principal

“My message, especially to young people is to have courage to think differently, courage to invent, to travel the unexplored path, courage to discover the impossible and to conquer the problems and succeed.”
- A.P.J. Abdul Kalam

A pen manifests the inner potentials, characteristics, emotions and feelings of an individual which one inculcates over a period of time through real life experiences in day-to-day life, hence, the true purpose of education is to promote the joy of learning, reading, writing, enhancing effective life-skills, inducing self-dependence through lifelong learning and motivation.

Our endeavour has always been to motivate and encourage children to face every challenge of life with true spirit of leadership, camaraderie and freedom of expression, providing them with an ocean of opportunities to unleash their latent talents. The quest for excellence has assumed paramount importance not only in academic achievements but also in co-curricular, extracurricular and other learning activities.

Every year carries its own hue and vigour. Though COVID-19 Pandemic with its sudden upheaval has changed our routine and lifestyles, we successfully dealt with the situation, tried our best to replenish the gap by transiting to the online teaching and assessment. We not only handled the emergency efficiently, but also built foundations of resilience amongst our students to face such difficult events in the future. I thank the parents for their whole-hearted support throughout our times of trial. Looking back at the session passed by and the path trodden, it gives immense satisfaction that the trials and efforts were worth the pain.

Despite all these challenges, APS Kapurthala has done remarkably well. We have steered safe, onwards and upwards to greater heights. Every faded year has its own glory and the present year is young with abundant potential.
