Movement Order / Transfer Order is required in case admission is sought for classes IX and above.

Students coming from APS should get TC in Original duly countersigned by Principal of concerned APS.

Students coming from schools other than APS should get TC in original duly countersigned by Principal of the concerned school.

Note: Students seeking admission on TC ground within Punjab should get E-Punjab TC from the concerned school.

Report Card updated with latest examination marks.

Students seeking admission for classes IX –XII should submit 02 copies in original of the Registration Card/Extract of Registration Sheet duly signed by the Principal of the concerned School.

Self-Attested copy of Aadhaar Card

One latest photograph of the student preferably clicked with a light background.

The photograph attached should not be more than 03 months old.

Self-attested copy of Discharge Book & Pension Payment Order.

Certificate from Secretary, Zila

Sainik Board & Pension Payment Order.

Civilian Personnel

Not Required

Serving Certificate and Salary Certificate with Grade Pay clearly mentioned.

In case of Self-Employment, self-attested declaration of the nature and location of employment.
